PANAJI: Reacting to the Smart City flooding, the Panaji MLA and Renevue Minister Atanasio Montserrate today termed it as a testing time.
“It’s raining heavily, this is a testing time; we will come to know what went wrong as far ‘Smart City’ works are concerned,” said Monserrate.
He further said that the works will be assessed and a consultant will be held accountable.
“There are specifications in the tender on how to maintain quality. If quality is not maintained then we will come to know.” he added.
