CURCHOREM: Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) President Amit Patkar today said that Goans should vote to safeguard its environment.
Patkar was addressing the media after casting his vote at Curchorem.
“Goan should vote to safeguard its environment, preserve its unique identity, and ensure a brighter future by creating opportunities for our youth and ensuring the safety of women and children,” said Patkar.
He further said that today people will sow the seeds of a brighter tomorrow. He said that people preserve the very essence of Goa and uphold the spirit of India.
“Vote for a better tomorrow, Vote For Goa,” he said.
Patkar also said that he exercised his right to vote, casting my ballot for saving and upholding democracy. “I urge all fellow Goans to join me in this crucial moment of our democracy,” he added.
“People of Goa will make both our candidates win. I also appeal to people, if you want to save the constitution of the country and save Goa and its culture, heritage and environment, then corrupt BJP needs to be thrown out of power…”
