PANAJI: BJP State president Sadanand Tanawade today said that the Union budget touches the lives of every Indian and which takes care of the welfare of all sections of our society.
“It will promote social justice and equality and provide equal opportunities to all sections of our society; this budget will make India a super economic power,” said Tanawade.
Tanawade also said that this is a budget with an emphasis on the education of children, the earnings of the middle class and the welfare of the elderly.
“Under the new Income Tax Regime, no tax will be charged for income up to ₹7L is a boon for the salaried, middle-class & vulnerable,” he added.
Tanawade said that this is the first national budget of India’s ‘Amrit Kaal’ is a public welfare and pro-poor budget.
“Budget is common man-centric with thrust on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, agriculture, fishing, co-operatives and middle class, encompassing the development of all the sectors,” he added.
Tanawade also said that the budget gives emphasis on education, skill development and infrastructure development, which has been the hallmark of this government.
“It is a budget of and for the fastest growing economy under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” he added said.
