On 04/11/2021 staff of Mapusa Police Station while on night patrolling duty intercepted one suspected person found moving suspiciously in Mapusa Market area near Axis Bank and his presence in the said area was not justifiable and he was unable to provide any details regarding his movement in the Mapusa area.
The above person was thoroughly interrogated and he was not giving satisfactory answer towards his presence in the market area. Accordingly he was apprehended and brought at the Mapusa Police Station and further upon questioning person disclosed his names as Mr. Shankar Kumar S/o Rajdev Vishwakarma, aged 29 yrs, R/o Upahara Aurangabad, Bihar and subsequently he was placed under arrest u/s 41 Cr.P.C.
During the course of investigation it is revealed that the above accused person was involved in Upahara Police Station (State – Bihar) Cr. No. 04/2021 u/s 458, 323, 302, 363, 365, 201 IPC.
