ASSAGAO: Calangute MLA Michael Lobo has assured that he will personally write to Assagao panchayat, and to all concerned departments to check all the illegalities being done in the Assagao.
“I will personally write to Assagao panchayat, and to all concerned departments to check all the illegalities being done in the Assagao & action should be taken immediately. We don’t want Assagao to turn into Delhi,” said Lobo.
He further said that Goans had become a soft target for outsiders and questioned who would be responsible if anything happened to Pradeep Agarwadekar who is ailing.
He also said that Chief Minister Pramod Sawant had directed the police to file an FIR after he came to know of the case.
Siolim MLA Delilah Lobo said that the Agarwadekar family had been dragged to the SIT by Pooja Sharma for a small plot of 600 sqm. The SIT is supposed to deal with big land frauds she said.
