Calangute police along with a team of Tamil Nadu police successfully arrested 20 accused involved in murder in Tamil Nadu and hiding in a hotel and apartment in Candolim.
Calangute PI Nolasco Raposo informed that they received information that accused persons involved in Baluchetty Chatram PS, Kar kanchipuram district, Tamil Nadu Crime No 6/2020 ws Arms Act and Crime No 1242/20 u/s 307 IPC r/w Arms Act are hiding in Candolim.
Accordingly PI Raposo. PSI Sushant Sangodkar, PC 7055 Shashank Sakhalkar, PC 6515, and HC on ver Manoj Shinde visited at Candolim.
PI Mani Maram Manava, Kanchipuram Tamili Nadu state, along with his staff already present at Candolim.
Further enquiry/information on from the sources revealed that the accused persons involved in above crimes are hiding in a Hotel Candolim.
He said the above team along with Pl Mani Maroon Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu raided the above Hotel and caught three persons in the room namely Dinesh Kumar s/o Karthikeyan age 39 yrs, Mani Maran s/o Gunasekaran age 28 yrs, Manigachan s/o Dakshinamurti, age 23 yrs.
Further information revealed that other accused persons are hiding in another apartment in Candolim.
The team raided the apartment and successfully nabbed 17 persons namely
Gandi David age 25yrs, 2) Viknesh slo Ramesh, age 23yrs, Rajesh slo Ganeshan, 21 years, Setbadi s/o Shallam, 26 years, Prasant s/o Sharavna, age 24 yrs, Gopi slo Mani, age 32 yrs, Salish Kumar s/o Kalidas, age 32 yrs, Kartik s/o Kumar age 33 yrs, Arumugam s/o Subrayan, age 30 yrs, Sakesh s/o Vagang, age 25 years, Arun Kumar Vinayak Murti age 21yrs, Tuisiram s/o Sambal, age 25 yrs, Raja slo Mohan age 24 yrs, Arun s/o Rajendra, 15) Telrajan slo Kumar, Surander s/o Muctusab, age 37yrs and Manigardon s/o Venkatesan, age 22yrs, from two flats from E Block of sun and sands Apartment, Candolim and thereafter.
