MAINA: Maina Curtorim Police has arrested three Maharashtra natives for allegedly abducting 50 year old from DAVORLIM
As per information, police teams were formed and deputed at Karnataka and Maharashtra and with the assistance of technical surveillance, call monitoring and upon specific collection of intelligence apprehended three accused persons.
The accused persons have been identified as Vishwas s/o Sadhu Pandhare, aged 36 yrs native of Jat sangli Maharashtra, Abhishek s/o Motiram Rathod, aged 19 yrs native of Tanda Solapur, Maharashtra and Abhishek s/o Umesh Rathod, aged 24 yrs native of Tanda Solapur, Maharashtra.
The victim person namely Shankar s/o Pandu Rathod were rescued by Investigating team and brought back to Goa. All the accused persons are presently in police custody.
Investigation is carried out by LPSI Veronica Coutinho under the Guidance of PI MCPS Arun Gauns Dessai and under the supervision of SDPO Margao Siddhant U Shirodkar and overall supervision of Tikam Singh Verma superintendent of Police South Margao.
