PANAJI: Police believe he may have been crushed beneath the wheels of a large vehicle based on the tyre marks. In addition to looking for the car, police are attempting to identify the victim.
Three people lost their lives on Goa’s deadly roads last night in Mollem, Margao, and Lotoulim, respectively. Tanvesh Rivonkar, 35, of Collem passed away last night in an accident at Sukhtali, Mollem.
On Mollem Highway, he is said to have lost control of his bike and crashed it into a parked truck. The truck broke down and had been parked there for the last two days.
In the second incident, yesterday evening at about 7 p.m., Allwyn Fernandes from Fatorda met his immediate death in a self-inflicted accident at Bolshe Circle in Margao.
In the third incident, which happened at around two in the morning on Lotoulim Highway, an unidentified pedestrian was crushed to death in a hit-and-run.

Meanwhile, An 8-year-old child has been injured in an accident at Dabal. The child on the way to school was hit by a car. The child has been shifted to GMC for treatment.
