Police said they received a call around 7:20 pm from the Fire and Emergency Services, Panaji, informing that a person had fallen into a well. The deceased was later identified as Mr. Chakali Balraj, son of Linganna, originally from Mahbubnagar, Andhra Pradesh, and residing at Munnag Vaddo, Assagao.
