Team Goemkarponn SANKHALI: A waiter working at a local restaurant in Sankhali has been arrested for allegedly duping his employer of over ₹70,000 through fraudulent online transactions and theft from the restaurant premises. Police said the accused, identified as Nikhil Thakur, an employee at Swad Restaurant, deceitfully obtained the PIN of the restaurant’s Google Pay account which was linked to his employer’s mobile phone.
