Team Goemkarponn CALANGUTE: Vijay Harvalkar, 27, of Karmali Budruk, Valpoi, was taken into custody by the Calangute Police in a prompt reaction to a suspected chain-snatching incident. Around 4:10 a.m. on January 1st, the incident happened close to the Inspiration Shack on Calangute-Baga beach.
