The arrested individuals, Andrei Bliznetsov (48) and his mother, Liudmila Bliznetsova (75), were detained on April 4, 2025, from a residence in Dando, Siolim, Bardez. The duo was found living at the address of local resident Laxmikant Shirodkar, H. No. 2963/3, Dando, Siolim.
