According to Canacona police, a narcotic raid was conducted on specific information that a raid was conducted on Wednesday evening and arrested one Manoj Kumar in illegal possession of Charas. The accused, a native from Bageshwar, Uttarakhand was found in possession of 109 grams of Charas worth rupees 54,500/-.
