Goemkarponn desk COLVA: In a shocking incident, a canoe on board 13 including fishermen and helpers capsized off Colva beach coast due to heavy rains and rough sea conditions. The mishap occurred at around 10 AM when the canoe ventured into the sea, which is currently choppy due to bad weather.
