New Delhi: As incidents of violence and vandalism against the minority Hindu community see a sharp upturn in Bangladesh, questions were asked in the Parliament of India out of concern for human rights violations. New Delhi: Consular officials at the Indian consulate in Vancouver were recently informed by the Canadian authorities that they have been and continue to be under “audio and video surveillance” and that their “private communications” have also been “intercepted”, the Centre informed Parliament on Thursday.
