Goemkarponn desk COLVALE: Two persons have been arrested by Colvale police in connection with the kidnapping of two minor girls from the Children’s home at Thivim. The accused are identified as 20-year-old Arbaz Khan from Shelpem, Dhuler, Mapusa and 26-year-old Shabir Betageri from Taleigao. The car used by the duo to allegedly kidnap the girls has also been seized. The girls aged 13-14 had gone missing from the children’s home on July 5. Police had traced the girls at Mapusa within 24 hours.
