Locals said the road which was dug up for the water pipeline has been left without repairs causing inconvenience to locals and commuters. Kargil, India: The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) is widening and upgrading the 230-km Kargil-Zanskar Road, connecting two of the remotest locations in Ladakh. The road, a vital segment of National Highway 301, is expected to be completed by next year, News18 has learnt.
