New Delhi: The Left government in Kerala on Monday suspended two IAS officers, K Gopalakrishnan and N Prasanth, for violation of discipline, official sources said. Ranchi: The Enforcement Directorate on Tuesday raided multiple locations in poll-bound Jharkhand apart from West Bengal in a money laundering investigation linked to alleged illegal infiltration of Bangladeshi nationals, official sources said. A total of 17 places are being covered in the two neighbouring states by the Jharkhand office of the federal probe agency. New Delhi: Shiv Kumar Gautam, the main accused in the murder case of Maharashtra politician Baba Siddique, has said that he was ordered to kill either the 66-year-old leader or his MLA son, Zeeshan Siddique, police sources said. Mumbai: External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Monday called for “urgent” measures to address the issue of widening trade deficit between India and Russia. While India’s exports to Russia stood at only USD 2.24 billion in April-August this fiscal, imports soared to USD 27.35 billion during the period.
