Goemkarponn Desk CANACONA: Canacona Municipal Council’s (CMC) unusual practice of transferring its daily collection of wet-garbage from its vehicles to another Compactor outside the Dumane GTP has created a garbage menace on the Canacona-Agonda MDR road at Dumane. CMC regularly on a daily basis transfers its wet collection to another vehicle and shifts the same to Curchorem Garbage Plant.
