Goemkarponn desk PANAJI: Goa government has hiked Valued Added Tax (VAT) on Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) from 8 per cent to 15 per cent per kilo-litre. Pranab Bhat, Under Secretary of Finance, has released a notification in this regard. The government claims that Goa has the lowest ATF VAT in all of India, even with the increase.
