The 3 accused are identified as 38-year-old Ravi Ambig from Karnataka, 27-year-old Sanjay Yadav from Chhattisgarh and 21-year-old Tarun Hamakul from Odisha. Padmalochan’s had gone missing since Jan 8 after he went fishing in deep sea with 31 other crew members. His body was found in semi decomposed state at Vasco.
