Goemkarponn desk PORVORIM: Revenue Minister Atanasio Monserrate, today announced that a new 150-bedded super-speciality hospital will be built at Mulgao in Bicholim by the Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) over the next two years. Monserrate said, actual work on the hospital will begin on land which has been provided by the Goa Housing Board.
