Goemkarponn desk PANAJI: The Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA) has been asked to deposit Rs 50,000 as compensation for the delay by the National Green Tribunal (NGT) following the coastal authority’s nearly eight-month-long failure to file a reply.
