Goemkarponn desk PANAJI: In a major directive, the Bombay High Court at Goa today restrained Arambol village panchayat in Bardez taluka from issuing any fresh construction licences without a Material Recovering Facility (MRF). The Court observed that the panchayat needs Material Recovery Facility with the required capacity for construction waste management.
