Pranab Bhat, Under Secretary of Finance, has released a notification in this regard. The government claims that Goa has the lowest ATF VAT in all of India, even with the increase. Sources said that the incident occurred at around 11 pm on an internal road in Vasco opposite the St Andrews church.
