Goemkarponn desk PANAJI: A ‘yellow alert’ has been issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) for Goa on November 23 and 24. The alert warns locals of the possibility of thunderstorms with lightning and winds gusting to between 30 and 40 kmph in isolated areas.
