Goemkarponn desk PANAJI: The Bench of Bombay High Court at Goa on Wednesday dismissed the petition filed by Ganv Bhavancho Ekvott challenging double tracking of the railway line. Ganv Bhavancho Ekvott had challenged double tracking in Chandor-Guidolim Panchayat area. The petition said that work was underway without obtaining permission from Panchayat and TCP.
