Panaji: Minister for Waste Management Michael Lobo on Tuesday said that the government has sanctioned Rs 25 cr for setting up solid waste management plant at Cacora in South Goa. “We will hand over Rs 10 cr to M/s Hindustan for mobilising the material and beginning of construction at Cacora,” he said. Fatorda: Fatorda police have arrested the burglar of the Cidas Almas Chapel at Old Market within 24 hours of the crime. The Fatorda police arrested one accused near Holy Spirit Church Margao along with the stole money. On Monday night he Cidas Almas Chapel at Old Market was burgled and stole the cash from the donation box.
