Team Goemkarponn CANACONA: Acting on reliable information, Canacona Police conducted a narcotics raid at Chaudi, Canacona, on 23rd September 2025 between 13:15 hrs and 14:20 hrs. During the operation, the accused Mohad Farman, resident of Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, was caught red-handed in illegal possession of 28.9 grams of an off-white crystal substance suspected to be MDMA, valued at approximately ₹5,78,000/-. The accused was arrested the same day and booked under relevant provisions of the NDPS Act. Further investigation is being carried out by PSI Vishal Velip of Canacona Police Station.
