GOA: DeVANS Modern Breweries, one of India’s leading alco-bev companies and the makers of the award-winning GianChand Single Malt Whisky, has announced its entry into the premium gin segment with the launch of Gingalalahu, an internationally acclaimed Indian Craft Dry Gin that combines nine exotic botanicals and artisanal craftsmanship to produce a gin with a vibrant and balanced flavor.

Bottled at 42.8% ABV, Gingalalahu has been handcrafted in small batches of only 200 liters, a process that imparts greater freshness, depth, and complexity to every batch. Staying true to the principles of a classic dry gin, the spirit contains no artificial flavorings or added sweeteners, with its character derived entirely from carefully selected botanicals and spices. Inspired by the philosophy of “Nature’s Symphony in a Bottle,” Gingalalahu has been crafted to offer a distinctive drinking experience that is balanced, refreshing, and unmistakably premium.

Gingalalahu has made its mark on the global stage, earning accolades at reputed international spirits competitions even before its commercial launch. The gin has received:Gold Medal – Global Gin Masters 2025 (Super Premium Category), Silver Medal – San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2026, Silver Medal – International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC), UK 2026, Silver Medal – World Gin Awards, UK 2026.
