“Our villagers stepped in and offered assistance to keep track of all our Covid-19 positive villagers DAILY along with all our panch members – Cheryl Pimenta E Lobo, Rupa Chanu Chodankar, Sudesh Mayekar, Anthony Menezes, Pooja Matkar, Gabriel Fernandes, Francis Rodrigues, Jyotsna Parulekar, Dinesh Simepurushkar, Saluzinho Fernandes as well as our ZP member
Dattaprasad Dabolkar are arranging for the home isolation kits to be delivered at their door step,” the Sarpanch said.
He stated that the panchayat has been informed by health officer Dr. Roshan Nazareth that proper and systematic daily follow up of home isolation patients and alerting the PHC at the right moment is key to saving lives.
“From tomorrow all our volunteers will start calling and checking on our patients,” he said.
