CURCHOREM: An enlightening discussion on career planning and development program for the third-year students of the Guardian Angel Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Curchorem was conducted by the host guest speaker Chef Avinash Martins in the Institute hall, Curchorem.
While discussing with the students he shared his remarkable professional journey in the hotel line and development to collaborations with industry luminaries in the culinary world. Emphasizing the pillars of passion, hard work, and determination, Chef Martins underscored the importance of choosing a career path wisely and staying committed to one’s aspirations.
Acknowledging Martins’ significant contributions to the culinary landscape in Goa, Principal Fr. Joaquim Rebello expressed admiration to his unique blend of local flavors and global perspectives in redefining Goan cuisine.
