PANAJI: The CEO of an AI business located in Bengaluru, Suchana Seth, has been charged by the Goa Children’s Court with the murder of her four-year-old son at a Candolim hotel in January of this year.
At the moment, Suchana Seth is being held by the courts. According to the chargesheet, Suchana is accused of killing her young kid while she was staying at a hotel in Candolim. Later, she attempted to destroy evidence by packing her son’s body in her luggage trolley bag and escaping the hotel in a taxi.
Suchana has been charged with evidence destruction under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code and failure to create a safe environment for the victim kid under Section 8 of the Goa Children’s Act.
Suchana Seth, however, entered a not guilty plea. The complainant has been called to appear before the court on Thursday, November 7, as the case trial has begun.
As you may remember, in April, the Calangute Police presented Suchana with a 642-page chargesheet before the Goa Children’s Court.
The police in the case documented the accounts of fifty-nine witnesses. The authorities claim that shock and respiratory hypoxia were the causes of the minor son’s death.
