Panaji: The historic Aguad Jail and Port Complex in Sinquerim will once again host a multi-cuisine, gastronomic extravaganza at the Aguad Fete on March 23rd till 25th March for local residents and tourists. On Sunday, visitors will be entertained by the elite Wenjugglers fire act, an Ultimate Bubble Show, balloon sculptures, rhythmic drum circles and soulful musical acts.
At the upcoming edition of the Fete, visitors can look forward to food stalls that offer visitors a taste of authentic Goan cuisine and delectable multi-cuisine dishes from De bee, Thirsty Frog, Cafe Joong and Omio, all Goa-based food outlets. The culinary delights range from pizzas, momos, chicken cafreal, ice creams and desserts.
“The Aguad Fete functions as a platform for promoting local businesses and musicians, while the Complex as a whole, serves as a space for the digital museum and art exhibitions,” said Naveen Chopra, Group CEO at Waterfront Experiences Pvt. Ltd.
The Fete is open to everyone in order to expose visitors to the rich cultural and culinary tapestry of Goa, converging together for three days of fun and entertainment against the backdrop of the centuries-old Aguad Port and Jail Complex. This unique celebration promises an unforgettable experience, Chopra said.
