CURCHOREM: Two time chairperson of Curchorem-Cacora municipality and present councillor Balkrishna Hodarkar is all set to join Congress party on Monday.
He confirmed the development through whatsapp message.
The move by Hodarkar was expected after the showdown in CCMC chairpersons post in April.
However, there were speculations that he would join Goa Forward party.
Hodarkar was voted chairperson of CCMC but within half an hour a no confidence motion was moved against him.
