PANAJI: In a shocking incident, an excavator came crashing down allegedly from the third floor of an under demolition building at St Inez.
The excavator operator has been grievously injured in the accident. The demolition work of the seven storied half constructed building had commenced last month.
Locals had flagged the haphazard manner in which the demolition work was being executed.
