The above players were accorded farewell by Sports Authority of Goa & Goa Tennis Ball Cricket Association on 12th August 2022 at 5pm at Athletic Stadium, Bambolim.
Shri. Sanjiv Gadkar (IAS), Secretary (Home & Personnel), Govt of Goa, Shri. Ajay Gaude, Executive Director, SAG and Director of Sports, Shri. Bruno Coutinho, Director (Coaching), SAG, Shri.Ropesh Naik, Secretary, GTBCA, Shri. Navin Acharya, Ass. Director, SAG & DSYA, Shri. Kishore Kinlekar, Kirtan Vaiz, Ramdas Varak, Sandeep Navik(All Taluka Convenors), Haresh Parsekar, Hemant khot, Nilesh Naik (SAG Coaches ), Miss Deepti Raul (Manager) were present for the farewell function.
In his address to players, Executive Director praised the Coaches and Association for getting huge haul of medals for the state of Goa and also praised the coaches for giving valuable results continuously. He also said, teams will get all out support in conducting Diet camps and other activities for development & Promotion of the game.
Sanjiv Gadkar, also spoke on the occasion and said… Goa Tennis cricket teams has been top teams which gets medals on every occasions thus make whole goa proud. He also congratulated association for taking trials and camps in rural areas n motivate boys and girls to take up sports and perform at National level championship.

Playing kit were distributed to the players on the occasion.
The teams were selected based on the performance in the Pre National Coaching Camp held at Parye, Sattari.
The teams will leave goa on 13th August 2022 by Train.
All the players were highlighting the theme of independence day during the farewell function.
