PANAJI: Goa University has selected the Men and Women Swimming team for the South West Zone Inter University Swimming Men and Women Championship 2023-24, scheduled from 2nd to 4th January 2024 at SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
The kit distribution and farewell function for the teams were organised on 29th December 2023, at the Sports Section, Goa University, in the presence of Mr. Balachandra Jadar, Asst. Director of Physical Education and Sports, Goa University, Dr. Shailendra Gaonkar, Assistant Sports Officer, Goa University along with Dr. Yashodhan Kharade, Men’s team manager, and Ms Astrid Pereira, Women’s team manager
The following players will represent Goa University at the South West Zone Inter University Swimming Men and Women Championship 2023-24:
Men Team: Aryan Sharma, Sampreet Khanolkar, Rahul Patil, and Shirshak Naik
Women Team: Tanisha Murgod and Megan De Almeida
