PANAJI: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that the Government of Goa is looking to expand the sports infra in the state with more Khelo India centres and empanelling coaches to build a robust sports environment in the state.
“The Govt of Goa is looking to expand the sports infra in the state with more Khelo India centres and empanelling coaches to build a robust sports environment in the state,” said the CM after chairing the meeting of Goa CSR Authority.
He further said that the State government has also announced of establishing a Sports University in Goa.
Goa has successfully organized the 37th National Games. The Govt of Goa is looking to expand the sports infra in the state with more Khelo India.
“Centre’s, empanelling coaches to build robust sports environment in the state. The Govt is aiming to establish a Sports University in the state. I am sure the CSR initiatives of the corporates in Goa shall contribute to the development of Khelo India centres, Sports environment in the state,” said Sawant.
