SANKHALI: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant has informed that his government has written to the union health ministry requesting to reduce the gap between the COVID-19 vaccines from the current 84 to 30 days for both the teaching and non-teaching staff.
CM also informed that the state government would be waiting for approval from the health ministry.
“Government has written to the union health ministry requesting to reduce the gap between for both COVID-19 vaccine from the current 84 to 30 days for both the teaching and non-teaching staff,” said CM Sawant speaking to reporters at Sankhalim event
He further said that PM Narendra Modi has expressed willingness to visit the state to inaugurate the renovated Aguada Jail and Super Specialty Hospital.
Sawant said that PM has also accepted the invitation to virtually address the village panchayats and Swayampurna Mitras across Goa sometime in August or September.
Speaking Zuari bridge, CM Sawant said that one lane of the under-construction Zuari Bridge will be thrown open for the public by December19,2021.
