PANAJI: Chief Minister Pramod today hit back at Congress while stating that a candidate should not use 3rd person to launch an attack on me.
“I know a candidate who robbed money from people illegally, he should not use 3rd person to launch an attack on me, he should directly talk to me.
Sawant said that Goans have not forgotten, they are hurt when they lose money from the bank (Mapusa Urban). Approx 4 lakh people lost their money.
“I have all the proof. Cases are currently under Central RCS, if required we can open the file again,” CM Sawant.

PANAJI: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant today said that BJP’s election manifesto is not based on caste and religion like other parties, our manifesto – ‘Modi Ki Guarantee’ is focused on four major key points.
CM Sawant was addressing the press conference along with BJP State President State President Sadanand Shet Tanavade.
“BJP’s election manifesto is not based on caste and religion like other parties, our manifesto – ‘Modi Ki Guarantee’ is focused on four major key points,” said Sawant.
He further said that Double Engine Sarkar has been resolving every issue of the people of Goa, and bringing All around development with the Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas and Antyodaya.
Speaking further, the CM said that One Nation One Poll will be implemented across India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He also said that 11,000 Youths have been trained under the Mera Yuva Bharat scheme.
“We are not in politics for selfish gains, we are also ready to resign if anyone can prove that we are playing politics,” he added.
Sawant also said that Nation First of the feeling behind our politics.
Chief Minister also welcomed Cardinal Ferrao’s circular asking to vote for secular candidates while stating that BJP is a secular party.
Reacting to statements that Dempo is a bigger brand than BJP in Goa, the CM said that BJP is bigger than Dempo.
“We have given a ticket to Pallavi Dempo for her work in the social, and education sectors. Also, she is a popular face in Goa,” he added.
Sawant took a dig at the Congress party and said that in 10 years Prime Minister Narendra Modi did what the grand old party could not do in 50 years.
The Goa CM further claimed that for ‘Viksit Bharat’, people prefer PM Modi.
“NDA alliance will get majority seats in Maharashtra. In Karnataka, there are chances that the BJP-JDS alliance can get 100 per cent seats. For ‘Viksit Bharat’ people prefer PM Modi,” he said.
