PORVORIM: Independent Porvorim MLA Rohan Khaunte today has opposed to the increase in fees for Master in Dental Surgery course in Goa.
Khaunte claims that the course fees are the higest in the country.
“Goa Govt hikes MDS Fees to Rs.2 lac which is now the highest in the country but fails to keep its promise of 20% salary hike to Doctors,”said Khaunte
He further said that similar will be the fate of BJP Goa’s election promises and Goans will vote out this untrustworthy BJP Govt in the coming elections.
“Khaunte should stop making Empty Promises and start focusing on delivering what is promised to the people. Covid has been a testing time for all of us,” he added
Khaunte said that when even simple decisions cannot be made within prescribed time by Education Department under Chief Minister Pramod Sawant government, its funny that DoE is proposing curriculum changes every 5 to 10 years. Mere announcements don’t bring change.
