Panaji: “Mandrem will once again show its power through silent voting in the coming Loksabha Election. The pulse of Mandrekars is to ensure the victory of Ramakant Khalap. He was speaking at the Workers Meeting in Mandrem Constituency. Congress President Amit Patkar, INDIA Candidate Adv. Ramakant Khalap, MLA Adv. Carlos Alvares Ferreira, Congress Leader Babi Bagkar, Goa Forward Leader Deepak Kalangutkar, Mandrem Block Congress President Narayan Redkar and others were present for the meeting.
“I was born in Mandrem and I share a special bond with this Constituency. I am very much confident that the People of Mandrem will keep aside all the differences and give me a huge lead to ensure my victory,” said Adv. Ramakant Khalap.
“Our democracy is under threat and Goans should unite to defeat the Dictatorial Modi Government. INDIA Candidate Adv. Ramakant Khalap will fulfil all your aspirations, said Congress President Amit Patkar while addressing the meeting.
“We have put in place our strategy and I am sure that all workers will contribute with their hard efforts to the victory of learned and performing Candidates like Adv. Ramakant Khalap,” said Aldona MLA and North Goa Coordinator Adv. Carlos Ferreira.
All the INDIA Leaders later visited the Shree Bhagwati Temple and Shree Ajoba Temple to take blessings. They also visited a small Tea Stall and interacted with people.
