OLDGOA: Old Goa Police have arrested Assam native for allegedly molesting woman in private hospital.
As per information, the accused person who is working as ward boy in private Hospital, Old Goa, went in room No 23, C- Block, Ground Floor and touched the breast of the complainant when she was sleeping, thereby committed an offence of outraging the modesty of the complainant.
The victim lady was attending her sick husband in the hospital. The accused took this advantage
The accused namely Ikram Hussein r/o Ella , n/o Assam made attempt to escape after commission of offence.
Old Goa Police under supervision of SP Akshat Kaushal immediately took the cognizance and activated local intelligence, dispatched 2 teams and accused was caught in preparation of escape from the state.
