PANAJI: Pax of Nagoa defeated Cortalim Villagers Social Welfare Sports Club 3-1 in the GFA Goa professional league match at Benaulim ground.
Pax of Nagoa opened the scoreline through Sherwin Lawton Abranches in the 15th minute then Shubert Joanus Abranches doubled the lead for Pax in the 45+4 minutes, and for Cortalim villagers social Welfare sports club Clive Miranda pulled a goal back in the 63rd minute than Delton Colaco further inflated the lead for Pax in the 86 th minutes.
Dr Caetano Fernandes president of GFA presented the Man of the Match award to Joseph Clemente of Pax of Nagoa.
