CANACONA: A well-equipped Physiotherapy Unit with a regular physiotherapist has been opened at the Community Health Centre (CHC), Canacona, providing free physiotherapy services to patients.
According to CHC sources, the new unit has been set up on the first floor of the health centre and will offer outpatient department (OPD) services daily.
The facility has been established with support from Parul University and will provide physiotherapy services free of cost. The initiative is expected to benefit residents of Canacona requiring physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
People have been requested to make use of the facility and avail themselves of the services available at the CHC.
The unit is located at the CHC near the old hospital premises at Dokmi.
