PANAJI: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant today laid the foundation stone for the re-construction of building for Factories and Boilers at Althino.
Sawant said that the building will be completed withing the span of one and half to two years and the total estimated cost of the building is Rs 10 crore.
“This infrastructure was need of the hour as the current building is in dilapidated condition and there an urgent need considering the safety aspects,” he added.
Sawant further said that once completed this will be a first class office along with institution where various courses will be held.
“Well equipped building along with lab which will help in the long run. Technology will be provided here at the state of the art infrastructure,” Sawant added.
Complimenting the department, Sawant said that Factories and Boilers has introduced ease of doing business and all procedures have been fast tracked.
