PANJIM: Well known restaurant owner has veen arrested by Porvorim police for allegedly raping a minor specially abled girl.
Varun Nayyar was arrested on August 21 on allegations of raping a specially abled minor girl on pretext of giving a lift.
He will be produced before Childrens court on August 24.
