PONDA: In an accident reported between four-wheelers and an Interstate tours & travel bus at Nandran-Mollem turn, 4 occupants from the Car injured shifted to GMC, while 3 were shifted to Ponda Sub District Hospital.
The four-wheeler Car was proceeding towards Belgaum while the Bus carrying passengers was travelling from Mangalore, and when it reached Nandran Mollem’s turn, the Car crashed on Bus.
The Bus driver said he tried to avoid a collision. He said bus passengers took part in the rescue operation for the Car occupants trapped inside Car. The Car is badly damaged.
