CANACONA: Canacona Police upon the receipt of direction u/s 156(3) of Cr.P.C. from J.M.F.C. Canacona Goa and a complaint filed by one a Maxem resident has booked a resident of Maxem for Tresspass and Theft.
Chandrakant prabhugaonkar, a resident of Sheelim is accused of criminally trespassing into the property of of one Jose Mariano R. Luis S/o Domingos Luis, r/o Maxem, Canacona Goa,and committing theft of Construction material from the complainants property worth of Rs.22,000/-
Accordingly JMFC Court, Canacona directed Canacona police under section 156(3) of Cr. P.C. to register the complaint to the effect that on 20/12/2021 at around 10.00 hrs at Maxem, Canacona the accused person namely Chandrakant Prabhugaonkar, r/o Shellim, Canacona Goa criminally trespassed into the property of complainant and thereafter committed theft of construction material from the complainant property amounting to Rs.22,000/-.
Canacona PS registered Cr.No. 89 /2024 U/s 447, 379 IPC (Trespass and Theft) and further investigation is with PSI Vishal Velip of Canacona PS.
